Passport
The applicant must provide a Bangladeshi original passport issued within 10 years. The passport must be valid for six months. The passport validity should follow the planned date of departure from the designated country. Handwriting and alterations are not permitted.
Applicants must provide a current passport-size photograph. It must be the same size as per the embassy instruction photo. The photo can’t be older than six months.
The applicant must fill out the visa application form. Kindly complete the form carefully. Any wrong information can lead to visa rejection.
The applicants must provide a personalized letter of application. The applicant must give personal details. For example, name, designation, passport number, and purpose of trip. The letter should be addressed to the Visa Officer of the Embassy. The visa category must be in the subject line.
A forwarding letter is an NOC or a LOI or any other letter from the Bangladeshi authority. The letter is formally written on the letterhead pad of the company. The letter must contain the applicant’s name, designation, and passport number. It should also address the length of their visit.
Applicants must submit a copy of their office ID card from the employer. The business may be based in Bangladesh or somewhere else.
